4 years warranty disclaimer

Warranty of our Home-networking range

Strong products from the "Strong Connected" or "home networking" range purchased from October 1, 2023 are guaranteed for 4 years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or defects occurring during the warranty period. The receipt or purchase invoice serves as proof of warranty if you wish to claim the warranty.

The warranty only applies to products used in a private domestic setting. The warranty does not apply if the device is used for commercial and/or professional purposes.

Any product that has suffered damage caused by an external or foreign cause is not considered a defective product and is not covered by the warranty: incorrect connection, improper use, use in an unsanitary and/or damp place, incorrect use not following the instructions, shock, fall, fire, water damage, any damage and harm of animal origin, computer virus, effects of lightning, electrical damage (power surges, micro-cuts, etc.), use of an unsuitable power supply, normal wear and tear of parts, failure to comply with safety regulations, failure to comply with the instructions stipulated in the product instructions, modification and/or repair outside the manufacturer's recommendations.
