If you experience those numeric keys (1,2,3…9,0) on the Remote Control Unit does not function to select the channels in Live TV application, please, check below point

The first time you start Live TV application to watch TV, those numeric keys could be not activated yet.

In this case, if you press them, it will show the following message:

These keys will be active after you call firstly the channel list.

The way to fix this issue is very simple. How to fix this issue?

Press 1 x time the LEFT navigation and the channel list will be displayed. Then press EXIT button.

Now are the numeric keys active to directly select a channel number.
